Go to the app store download the app, register with your mobile number,select your locality and update your address. You are ready to place an order on Doodhwala!

2.Do I have to necessarily register to shop on Doodhwala?

Yes, you have to register to use Doodhwala.

2.Any other taxes, VAT, hidden costs that are not mentioned?

The VAT is included in the MRP of products. There are NO additional or hidden taxes added to your order.

3.Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on Doodhwala?

Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.

4.How do I get the amount back for items not delivered?

If we are not able to deliver all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to your wallet as store credit and you can use it at any time for your future orders.

5.How does the Doodhwala wallet work?

The Doodhwala Wallet is your pay as you go account, which allows you to pay for your next day’s deliveries. The good news is it’s not a credit account, so you are not paying a lump sum.

For instance if you put Rs 2000 in your wallet, the money remains there and gets deducted only when you make a purchase. It’s an easy and safe way to shop multiple times without having to pay each time.

6.What’s the final time to make changes to my order?

Every product have different cut-off times, thus we recommend making changes by noon to ensure availability.

7.What if I am going on vacation or do not want deliveries for a certain period?

Set a vacation schedule from the application, simply input the date from when you want to pause it and the end date of your vacation and your schedule will be set
