PB&J Smoothie

Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich, as they say some pairs are created in heaven! Now take this delicious blend and make a healthy smoothie out of it. This all-time favourite snack will become your all-time favourite to-go smoothie.

Ingredients –

  • 2 tablespoons Strawberry Jam
  • 2 tablespoons Chunky Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Low-fat or fat free Milk

Recipe –


In a blender combine all ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
