- 2 cups chopped Pineapple
- 1/2 cup cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
- Pinch each of Nutmeg and Salt
- 2 cups Ice
Blend all the ingredients and add ice. Serve chilled.
